FISHCLOSET TERMS OF SERVICE

OVERVIEW
FishCloset is operated by Yao Mo Classic Records Co., Ltd. These Terms govern your access to fishcloset.com and your purchase of products from us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy, Shipping, and Return & Refund Policies.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your place of residence. You are responsible for keeping your account and contact information accurate and secure.

2. PRE-OWNED AND ONE-OF-A-KIND PRODUCTS
Many FishCloset products are pre-owned, vintage, one-of-a-kind, or sourced after an order is placed. Natural wear, age-related variation, and minor imperfections may be present. We aim to describe and photograph material condition issues accurately. Colors and proportions may vary across screens, and measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise.

3. AVAILABILITY AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Because some pieces may also be offered by third-party sellers, availability can change before sourcing is confirmed. We may cancel or refund an order if an item is unavailable, materially different from its listing, affected by an obvious pricing error, or cannot be shipped legally to the destination. An order is accepted when we confirm that processing or sourcing has begun.

4. PRICES, PAYMENT, TAXES AND DUTIES
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the amount shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for import duties, customs charges, taxes and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country unless checkout expressly states that they are included.

5. SHIPPING
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs inspection, carrier delays, weather, public holidays and incorrect customer information may affect delivery. Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Risk of loss transfers as required by applicable law and the carrier's terms. 6. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.

7. PRODUCT USE AND RESALE
Products are offered for personal use unless otherwise agreed. You may not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity, interfere with website security, scrape the Services in violation of law, or misuse product content and images.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The FishCloset name, website design, original text, graphics and other original content belong to FishCloset or its licensors. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission, except as allowed by law. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The website may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment providers, carriers, messaging services and other third parties. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

10. DISCLAIMER
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and content are provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every description will be error-free. Statutory warranties and consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FishCloset and Yao Mo Classic Records Co., Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the Services. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER
If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right.

13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer's place of residence.

14. CHANGES
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the website. The version in effect when an order is placed applies to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
