Refund policy

FishCloset Return & Refund Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unworn and unused, with any original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Because many FishCloset pieces are pre-owned or one-of-a-kind, minor signs of age or wear that are clearly described or photographed on the product page are not considered defects.

To request a return, contact youarevinylcrazy@gmail.com or WhatsApp +66 62 958 8121 before sending the item. If the return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and shipping instructions. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, materially different from its description, or the wrong item was sent. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and offer an appropriate replacement, refund or other resolution.

Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel, swimwear and pierced jewelry cannot be returned unless defective. Gift cards, customized items and items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, except where required by law.

Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel an order before sourcing or dispatch begins. Once an order has entered sourcing, processing or shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If an order is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable law. The item must be returned in its original condition with proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the return. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, contact youarevinylcrazy@gmail.com.
